Responsibilities:
—> Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
—> Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events efficiently
—> Manage our email communications, ensuring prompt responses and effective message prioritization
—> Perform a range of administrative duties, including digital document creation and expense report generation
—> Monitor and maintain supplies inventory, ensuring that our team has what they need to succeed
—> Arrange travel accommodations for our senior staff, including flights, car rentals, and hotel reservations
—> Demonstrate excellent communication skills through phone calls, emails, and mail interactions
—> Assist our owner/partner with organization-related tasks and projects
—> Research various topics as required, contributing valuable insights to our team
—> Draft and proofread documents, including emails, memos, and reports, maintaining a high standard of accuracy
—> Support our social media efforts by assisting in writing, designing, scheduling, and posting engaging content
Requirements:
—> Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
—> Excellent organizational and time management skills
—> Strong written and verbal communication skills
—> Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Docs, and Kajabi
—> Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
—> Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
—> Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
—> Professional and friendly demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills
