Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks to support clients effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Manage emails, schedules, and appointments efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist with data entry, filing, and organization tasks.
Coordinate with team members and clients as needed.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for clients.
Assist with research tasks, gather information, and compile reports as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for clients.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to privacy policies.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients via email, phone, and other communication channels.
Collaborate with team members and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Training: Training will be provided through Loom.
Salary: The virtual assistant hired will be starting on a probationary phase with a monthly salary of $350 and will be paid monthly $450 after the probationary phase.
