• Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively.
• Real Estate Knowledge: A plus!
Technical Requirements:
• Laptop or PC (i3 processor or higher, Windows 10 operating system)
• Stable wired internet connection (20 Mbps download and upload speed)
• Backup computer for seamless workflow
• Backup internet source for uninterrupted connectivity
• USB noise-canceling headset for clear communication
• Webcam to enhance virtual interactions
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Compensation:
• Hourly Rate: $8-$10/hr based on experience
• Paid Federal Holidays
