Administrative Assistant

She Boss Traveler and Lofi Girly Vibes, two exciting brands currently in development, are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team of A-Players. Responsibilities:
She Boss Traveler Tasks:
1. SEO/Trend Analysis:
o Research viral hooks using keywords, write valuable captions, and find trending sounds for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
2. Content Creation:
o Use CapCut to craft engaging videos using the provided content.
o Upload finalized content to Google Drive.
3. Email Marketing:
o Compose and send one email daily to the email list in Go High Level.
4. Funnel Testing:
o Ensure all funnels are functional and automate processes using Go High Level and Zapier.
5. Content Writing:
o Assist in writing blogs/articles (3 times a week).
Lofi Girly Vibes Tasks:
1. Audio Production:
o Create Lofi Beats using Mubert.
2. Visual Production:
o Generate Lofi Images using PixAi.
o Combine Lofi Image and Beat using Filmora (or preferred software) and upload to Google Drive.
3. Content Optimization:
o Develop title and description for YouTube using SEO research.
o Craft short captions and use trending hashtags for short reels on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Working Hours:
• 20 hours per week
• 5 days a week
• 4-5 hours a day
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Content Editing, Go High Level, and Zapier.
• Ability to conduct SEO research for content optimization.
• Strong writing skills. Fluent in English
• Experience in content creation and marketing.
• Reliable and committed to a long-term collaboration.
