The Administrative Assistant position will provide high-level support to local staff with the primary responsibility is to directly aid the team in The Philippines in the day-to-day operations of a growing internet marketing agency. This position requires superior interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. You can operate independently and help small teams. The position will assist in performing various daily tasks helping the company expand its footprint and run smoothly. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
• Prioritize daily work, track the progress of projects and deadlines, answer phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments.
• Oversee the needs of various direct accounts and personnel.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
• Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Management Team
• Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
• Manage communication on behalf of senior staff, review contents, and prioritize responses.
• Perform office tasks, including maintaining records, supplies, and basic record keeping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by executives.
• Quickly develop and oversee operational workflow procedures.
• Utilize research and technical support tools.
• Produce quality analytical reports using various software programs
• Act with integrity and respect in all situations
• Demonstrate initiative and desire to help manage the entity.
Skills/Requirements:
• Experience working as an executive assistant or administrative manager.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with the medical or internet marketing industry is a valuable plus.
• Possesses high technological proficiency, including MS Office products and CRM tools, and can quickly learn applications.
• Must be a team player with an energetic, positive attitude
• Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Demonstrate vital accuracy and thoroughness in all facets of daily work and possess superb organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks to completion
