Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our executives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written English skills, proficiency with various office software tools (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and other relevant applications), exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This role involves repetitive tasks that require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties including managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain and organize digital filing systems.
Assist in coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Provide support for special projects and assignments as needed.
Conduct research and compile data as requested. Including data-entry.
Perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring consistency and quality.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

Education and Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
