Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team at HomeLogic Healthcare. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, have experience with client communication, and possess a strong background in social media management, particularly with creating automation funnels using Go High Level and running successful Facebook Ads.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct follow-up calls to clients to ensure documents are received, completed accurately, and returned promptly.
2. Manage appointment scheduling calls, coordinating with clients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless scheduling.
3. Utilize Go High Level to create and manage automation funnels, streamlining communication processes and enhancing efficiency.
5. Assist in social media management, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers across various platforms.
6. Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry, email correspondence, and file management.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
3. Proficiency in Go High Level and experience in creating automation funnels is highly desirable.
4. Demonstrated success in running Facebook Ads campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
6. Experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
7. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also collaborating effectively with team members.

Preferred Skills:
VA will be responsible for researching, writing, editing, and formatting blog posts to align with our brand voice, audience preferences, and content strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to deliver high-quality blog content on a consistent basis.
