Herdson Interiors; with over 35+ years’ experience in Interior Design. We have been leading the way in helping exceptional house builders, independent property developers, heritage conversion developers and buy to rent landlords, to sell their properties through superior design and installation of show homes and marketing Suites.

We are actively looking for an “Administrative Assistant” who can provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. You will perform various administrative tasks, including email management, lead generation and any other tasks requested by the team. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom/WhatsApp. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Duties include:
• Research and identify target prospects.
• Track, maintain and update leads.
• Responsible for building database by generating quality web scraped leads.
• Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects.
• Email Management
• Research and maintain lead generation database by conducting regular quality and duplicate check and updating.
• Provide accurate and timely information to management.
• Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities.
• Create strategic communication plans.
• Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients for our director.
• Gathering all possible data and information on the client’s target market online.
• Building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications.

Qualifications:
• Experience in Research/Lead Gen/Profiling is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word and etc.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience working remotely and able to work in GMT/BST.
• Strong ability to make informed decisions on lead selection.
• Flexible & adaptive to varying needs, with the ability to prioritise tasks & workload.
• Must have laptop/desktop.
• Must have reliable internet provider.

Skills:
• Fast learner and technologically savvy, able to pick up new monitoring tools quickly.
• Team player – able to pick up the slack to ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Able to build strong prospects.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Great attention to detail.
