Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential to manage various administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
• Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
• Assist in managing and organizing office files, records, and databases.
• Support the team by performing general clerical tasks and data entry.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and office roles.
• Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and office management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must and willing to reside in Riyadh or Dammam, SA
• Working days: Sunday-Thursday
