Job Description:
We are seeking a highly resourceful and polished Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with exceptional skills in writing and speaking American English. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. If you are unmotivated, lack discretion, or are not self-driven, this position is not for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the financial coach and business broker, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist in the creation, editing, and publishing of content, including books, ebooks, textbooks, and online courses.
Coordinate and communicate with team members, clients, and affiliates to facilitate seamless collaboration.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
Conduct research and gather information to support various projects and initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business matters.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the financial or business sector is a plus.
