Job Description

We, Magnkt Systems, are helping small businesses in building automations for communicating with new leads and clients in a systematic method. We are looking for a virtual assistant with solid data management skills to help with various administrative and team organization tasks.

Responsibilities:
1. Data entry: Assist with entering contact information and other data into company CRM and Clients CRM.
2. Standard operating procedures development: Take videos and trainings and organize them for use within the team.
3. Research: Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
4. Social media management: Help you manage your social media accounts, create content, and interact with followers.
5. Customer service: Handle inquiries from clients, provide information, and resolve issues.
6. Content creation: Assist with creating content for your website, email campaigns, and social media.
7. Billing and invoicing: Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on unpaid bills.
8. Administrative tasks: Help with basic administrative tasks such as organizing files, answering phone calls, and ordering supplies.

Requirements:
1. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
4. Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, and social media management preferred.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Experience with CRM systems and navigating them efficiently. Experience with Kajabi, Clickfunnels, Active Campaign, Keap, Infusionsoft, Gohighlevel is a plus.
7. Willingness to work US hours.
8. Strong English skills (writing, listening, and speaking).
9. Fast and reliable internet connection for both uploads and downloads. Proof will be required before hiring.
