Job Description

As an administrative Assistant in our full-service office, you will be providing support to our Payroll Processor and Tax Preparer during the working hours of 9am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time. We are looking for someone who speaks perfect English. Who can assist with the day-to-day aspects of administration in our busy practice; filing, scheduling, chasing customers, inbound calls, re-routing calls, and taking messages.

Pay will start at $700 – 900 a month based on experience and how the interview process goes. Pay will increase from there based on experience or future performance. Pay periods are every other Friday.
Specified holidays off.
Insurance/Phil Health/ Social Security benefits after the first year based on performance.
13th month pay.
Additional paid hours are available during busy months.

The right candidate will exhibit the following.

? Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Attention to detail. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
? Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks and be a self-starter.
? Strong sense of Integrity and loyalty.
? Excellent data entry skills.
? Previous experience as a Payroll Assistant and familiarity with payroll software is a plus, but not required.
? Previous experience with the US tax system.

You must be able to start right away and not have other jobs.
High speed internet access, up to date computer equipment, microphone, webcam, and back-up internet required. Multiple monitors are a plus.
