Job Description

Want to work with a lady employer? If yes, then we might be a good fit. I need a motivated and versatile Administrative Assistant to help me take some tasks of my plate. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting me with my daily operations and assisting me mainly as the CEO of a start up pet business + other various tasks with my other side hustles. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a passion for learning and taking on new challenges.

Part time job only but may lead into a full time role
Hours per day: 2-3 hrs per day / 5 days a week
Pay: P 10,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities:

Data entry and management
Utilize and manage productivity apps
Assist with photo and video editing tasks
Support marketing initiatives and activities
Provide general administrative support to the CEO
Handle other tasks as needed to ensure smooth business operations
Plus: Shopee, Tiktok shop, and Lazada Knowledge
*These are not on a daily basis and may change depending on my schedule*

Qualifications:

Proficient in data entry and management
Knowledgeable in various productivity apps (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.)
Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.) is preferred
Interest or background in marketing is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
