Job Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO, ensuring efficient management of their inbox, calendar, and day-to-day tasks. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information will contribute to the smooth operation of our executive’s responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize the CEO’s email inbox, prioritize messages, and draft responses when necessary.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements based on the CEO’s preferences and availability.
Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects and initiatives.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoice management.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members to support organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in using email management tools, calendar applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Availability to work part-time from 7-10 am MST, with potential for additional hours.
