Administrative Assistant for Real Estate Recruiter

Primarily we need someone who detail-oriented that can assist us and take charge in **helping us get and stay organized by creating, implementing and utilizing great systems that help us achieve our goals**

This is a **dynamic** and exciting opportunity to work with a top real estate team with the #1 real estate company in the world! There will be lots of change, some of which you will drive and implement by improving our systems.
Support us in growing our Organization of successful and professional real estate agents and brokers in the US and overseas. Help find, nurture, communicate, provide value to agent prospects and move them along to joining our Organization at EXP Realty. Get rewarded for them joining and helping to get them integrate and productive quickly
Once onboarded, create/update/maintain systems for ongoing support
Primary objectives
Build, implement, and manage all systems for attracting and retaining successful and professional real estate agents to our organization. That includes lead generation, database management, and back office support
Oversee all event marketing and management
Calendar management, specifically scheduling, reminders and follow up – using tech platforms where appropriate (like calendly and google calendars)
Look for and find solutions to challenges we have or see coming

Life of an Agent system – this system Tracks who we need to be talking to, when and about what. As well as where they are in the joining process and how we keep them engaged and moving forward.
This includes CRM management,
Pulling call lists based on our ideal recruit
Data entry, research, scheduling automations, including notes and pertinent information about the agent prospect so we always know where we are and where we are going
Setting appointments and sending reminders (either manually or automating)

Social Calendar: What are we doing, why, when to whom? We need help building this out and tracking what we’re supposed to be doing, when & for whom.
Posts on our LinkedIn, Facebook/Workplace, and Insta accounts
Copy/edit the text from existing posts or from our supplied post source/list – check to make sure it makes sense and there are no mistakes!
Post our announcements, events, etc

Events:
Eventbrite (or do you know of something better?) for invites
Canva for headers, event images, video thumbnails, and social posts
MailChimp and/or CRM for email blasts
Post on social
DM invites
It’s really important that you are:
A self-motivated, fast learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and critical thinking
Proactive, self-starter with a high mental capacity: you are not afraid to search google, or ask questions for the answer
Tech savvy – if you don’t know it, you can learn it and then teach it to others
Confident and organized
Accountable
Able to work on a deadline and follow specific direction
Experienced being an executive assistant is an asset
Strong English Communication skills (10/10 written and 9/10 verbal) is a must
In addition to having strong written English communication skills, you must be able to write well and not sound like a computer or worse, chatAI. We use AI as a starting point and for inspiration, not for the final product

Must have an reliable computer and strong and reliable wifi
Salary Starting at $160/week for full-time work (40hrs/wk). Raises and bonuses will be based on experience, hard work, and success of our stated goals
This is a full-time position Mondays for Fridays 8am to 5pm MDT US
You will qualify for 3 vacation days and 3 sick days per year after the 6 month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.
Continued training is critical to improve productivity and output. We have tons of training available plus we want you to be proactive to learn what you need to do your job well and at a high level.
