What we are looking for…
We are looking for a support guru, an Administrative Assistant, to join our team. The responsibilities include organizing digital files, invoicing out, supporting hours tracking, accounts payable follow up, basic bookkeeping, contracts administration and other administrative duties.
To be successful, you should have an eye for detail, be able to organize, prioritize and be extremely diligent.
As a Shopwell Administrative Assistant, you’ll…
? Help Managing Partner and PMO team organize work in ways that optimize procedures
? Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
? Schedule and plan meetings
? Monitor accounts payable and receivable
? Resolve documentation requests requests or issues
? Ensure record keeping is accurate and is property filed
? Coordinate with other departments when necessary
? Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
? Perform other administrative duties when needed
You’ll bring the following skills and experience…
? Proven experience as a virtual assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
? Knowledge of various CRM and accounting software
? Excellent organizational and time management skills
? Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite and other communication software, like Notion or Slack
