We are currently seeking a talented individual to join us as an Administrative Assistant, focusing on answering phones, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries and payments.
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
Assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and support.
Requirements:
Familiarity with G Suite applications (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Additional certifications in accounting or bookkeeping.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Experience in a virtual assistant or remote work setting.
Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
