As we expand our services and reach, we are looking for a Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our dedicated team of owners, technicians, and sales personnel.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant. This role is crucial in supporting our staff to enhance their performance, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a supportive role, have a knack for organization, and possess the ability to multitask effectively across various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide customer support, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of service.
– Assist with light bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy in records and financial data.
– Help organize schedules, documents, and operational procedures.
– Collaborate in writing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
– Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and project development.
– Participate in Google Meet sessions for training, process establishment, and regular team meetings.
– Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Proactive work ethic and a passion for supporting team members.
– Experience in customer support, bookkeeping, and administrative organization.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills (English). Must be able to communicate via video Calls.
– Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Meets, Docs, Sheets, and other productivity tools.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
– Availability during business hours (8 AM to 5 PM Central US Time) is mandatory.
