Client Overview:
*Cameron is a kindhearted senior advisor supporting families as they find assisted living options in her community. She’s looking for a unicorn who can help her with various administrative tasks like bookkeeping, CRM management, and Facebook Group management.
Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work any four-hour block between 9am-5pm Mountain Time (US)
*Must have experience with an administrative role.
*Must be proficient in video editing
*Must have experience with Social Media Management
*Must have experience with contact management/updates
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
Software tools used by the client:
*Facebook
*Google Suite
Responsibilities/Tasks:
*Manage emails, calendar appointments, and meetings
*Schedule posts in Facebook groups
*Greet and vet new joiners on Facebook carefully (make sure it’s not a stolen account or a scammer)
*Save new members’ contact information
*Send a welcome message about Cameron and her company
*Create and edit videos for marketing and client engagement
*Update CRM
*Manage invoicing and billing
