We need an administrative assistant to help us with data entry. It’s important to us that you have an eye for detail, especially with financial information.
If you’re organized, good at managing your time, and enjoy both independent and team work, you might be just who we’re looking for.
This is a part-time position. We need you to work 2-4 hours a day, approximately 3-4 days a week. If the workload should increase, we can discuss.
You’ll be responsible for copying transactions from our Ecommerce Back End into Quickbooks and Hubspot.
You’ll also be entering shipments from our Fedex and UPS statements into a Google Sheet. These statements come out weekly.
Software we use:
– Quickbooks Desktop (Accountant Version) 2019 running on Windows 10 – accessed via Google Remote Desktop
– Hubspot CRM
– Ecommerce Backend order management (web based)
– Google Docs and Google Sheets
– Acrobat Reader
What we’d like you to do:
– Copy / Paste existing customer invoices from our e-commerce back-end into Hubspot and Quickbooks
– Enter bills from our suppliers into Quickbooks
– Entering and maintaining a database of Fedex and UPS shipments via Google Sheets.
Requirements:
– The ideal person should have some experience in bookkeeping, and have a good understanding of QuickBooks Desktop Accountant 2019 software. You’ll be accessing it via Google Remote Desktop.
– Experience with Hubspot CRM is a plus.
– It will be easier for you to do this if you have 2 monitors
– You’ll need a consistent, reliable internet connection
– You’ll need a webcam and mic for zoom, discord, or slack meetings
– We need a fast learner who knows how to follow instructions
