Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, managing our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook), scheduling jobs, and assisting in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Monitoring and responding to customer emails with a friendly and helpful demeanour.

2. Social Media Management:

Managing our Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts to enhance our online presence.
Creating engaging content, posting updates, and interacting with followers.

Jobs:

Coordinating with the cleaning team to schedule appointments and ensuring efficient job allocation.
Maintaining an organized schedule and sending reminders to both clients and cleaning staff.

Tasks:

Assisting with data entry, record-keeping, and file management.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth business operations.
Participating in occasional team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
