Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (1-hour break included)
Salary: $1,000 USD per month

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is essential for supporting our Executive Assistant in managing client communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will help ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Prepare job offers and onboarding emails for new hires.
Integrate new hires with their respective clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and update client and candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and send out daily updates to the executive team, highlighting key activities, deadlines, and priorities.
Attend meetings with executives to provide updates on recruitment status and other relevant matters.
Track employee history and manage client invoices.
Prepare job descriptions and client endorsements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments to gather and organize information for reports, presentations, and projects.
Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in client relationship management.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
