Who We Are:
RainCheck Irrigation is a sprinkler/irrigation maintenance and repair company based in Michigan, USA. We help busy homeowners and business owners keep their lawns, gardens and landscaping healthy and vibrant by keeping their irrigation systems running smoothly.
RainCheck Irrigation is in start-up phase and is poised for rapid growth. RainCheck was founded by three entrepreneurs, each of whom has had success in other industries, and we are very excited about the future.
The Opportunity:
As a member of our small but dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work with both on the customer facing side of business operations, and with our internal team, serving as a “hub” for information, communication, and customer service.
Responsibilities include: answering phones, scheduling jobs and sales calls, customer follow-up, replying to emails, texts, and private messages, invoicing customers, and managing our social media activity.
Overall, the role is mostly about working closely with our sales and operations teams to keep things running like a well-oiled machine around here, so that we can all deliver the most delightful experience our customers have ever had with a service company. Doesn’t that sound great?
Qualifications:
We are seeking an administrative professional who has a strong command of the english language, is adept at learning new software platforms, is comfortable managing several tasks simultaneously, and enjoys interacting with customers and team members

Compensation
We offer a competitive weekly salary that includes access to performance based bonuses. We also offer paid holidays, 13th month bonus, and the opportunity to earn paid time off.
The shift is somewhat flexible, but will generally be in the range of 8am-4:30pm, EST, Monday through Friday.
RainCheck is in the start-up phase and currently has a very small team, but is poised for massive, rapid growth. The administrative team will likely grow over the next year or two, so management positions will open up. We’d love it if you could grow into a larger role as the company grows.
