O’Healy Professional Services is an exterior cleaning/pressure washing company based in Tennessee, USA. We help busy homeowners and property managers keep their properties looking fresh and clean from damage. We also launched a new brand last year, JL Lights, that specializes in exterior lighting solutions for homeowners and commercial properties.
O’Healy Professional Services is a well established company with over 7 years in business. O’Healy has experienced significant growth this past year, and is poised for rapid growth this year. We are very excited about the future.
The Opportunity:
As a member of our small but dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work with both on the customer facing side of business operations, and with our internal team, serving as a “hub” for information, communication, and customer service.
Responsibilities include: answering phones, scheduling jobs and sales calls, customer follow-up, replying to emails, texts, and private messages, invoicing customers, creating email campaigns, sending weekly reports, and managing our social media activity.
Overall, the role is mostly about working closely with our sales and operations teams to keep things running like a well-oiled machine around here, so that we can all deliver the most delightful experience our customers have ever had with a service company. Doesn’t that sound great?
Qualifications:
We are seeking an administrative professional who has a strong command of the english language, is able to understand an American Appalachian accent, is adept at learning new software platforms, is comfortable managing several tasks simultaneously, and enjoys interacting with customers and team members.

We offer a competitive weekly salary that includes access to performance based bonuses. We also offer paid holidays, 13th month bonus, and the opportunity to earn paid time off.
The shifts are 8am-5pm, EST, Wednesday through Friday.
O’Healy and JL Lights currently have a small team, but are poised for massive, rapid growth. The administrative team will likely grow over the next year or two, so management positions will open up. We’d love it if you could grow into a larger role as the company grows.
