Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Customer Support Representation to provide assistance and customer support to our customers via Phone and/or Email. A successful candidate will have uninterrupted access to the internet, proficient in speaking and writing in English, and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving as you will be dealing with internal employees and external customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers
2. Coordinate the company scheduling to ensure our employees are well scheduled to serve our customers
3. Handle ad-hoc tasks to ensure business runs smoothly.
4. Handle personal errands and tasks, including managing household matters and appointments.
5. Assist with personal and professional document organization and filing.
6. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
7. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
8. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
10. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
11. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
12. Arrange travel accommodations as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or college educated.
Fluent in speaking and writing English
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, office manager, customer service or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
Proficiency in technology and navigating the internet for research.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
