Job Description

Hello, I am looking for an Administrative/Personal Assistant. I own a medical home health agency in Daly City, CA. (They call this city “Little Manila”) This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is proficient in todays online technology and is good at learning any skills on their own. You must be a quick learner and a go getter, most importantly I am looking for someone who knows how to think outside the box and has my best interest in mind, is trustworthy and fun. With todays technology there is nothing you cannot learn how to do and I will motivate you. You have to be quick, have good communication reading and writing skills in English and be proud of every project you take on. Working with me you will build a lot of confidence and skill in different aspects of life. I am a kind and respectful person to work with. Two heads are better than one to get my tasks done. You will always feel appreciated when working with me! You must also have a VPN.

TASKS
-Managing my email
-Helping stay on hold with customer service
-Organizing my online projects to help me be more productive
-Helping me with tasks for my medical home health agency such as creating forms for my staff, helping with designing brochures, ordering business cards for staff using Vista Print, ordering badges for new hires, ordering and helping design marketing materials for the company.
-Assisting in creating fun teaching guides for my nurses on different diseases and knowing how to use different technology to help brand my company with my company colors and logo.
-Help me with my personal day to day tasks, like setting appointments and keeping things on track with my help
-And other Administrative duties

MUST KNOW OR LEARN QUICKLY HOW TO USE (USING YOU TUBE OR OTHER TRAINING PROGRAMS)

Google Workspace (Chat, Drive, Email)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms,
Adobe Scan and Adobe Pro

Little bit of QuickBooks if needed.

ABOUT ME:
I am 35 yo woman entrepreneur and have a busy agency with a family. I started my business when I was very young and taught myself everything I know. It was hard not having a medical background and having a medical company. I started working when I was 13 years old and left home at 15. When I was 10 years old I immigrated to the US from Ukraine. When I was growing up we were very poor and I had no female role model to look up to (except my grandmother who raised me). My dream was to open my own business. Although the dream came true it has been very difficult managing my creative projects and managing my business and family. I travelled to the Philippines two times in the past 6 years and love all the people there and their culture. We will have fun in the process of working together. 🙂
