Systems-Administrative Assistant
We’re a Modern Real Estate Team recruiting successful real estate agents throughout the United States, then in the 24 other countries we serve. We a husband/wife team that have been in business over 6 years and currently have just under 100 Agent Partners, with our goal to be at 300 by the end of 2024. Your position is to support us in growing our team of real estate Agent Partners. Your tasks will be helping us find, nurture, communicate with, and provide value to Agent Partner prospects so they join our modern real estate team. That is literally helping us with everything and anything that comes up. And by organizing our business by creating, implementing and utilizing great systems. You will be our right hand and grow with us.
We will hire an individual who believes anything worth doing is worth doing their best.
Ideal Candidate must:
* Organize tasks, workflows, and projects
* Follow directions
* Detail oriented – catch your and our mistakes and opportunities
* Learn from mistakes and doesn’t repeat them – changing SOPs accordingly
* Create simple, efficient and effective systems
* Do complex internet searches, pulling together systems, lists, and data
* Improving our systems
* Keep things simple. This includes simplifying existing systems & SOPs.
* ASK QUESTIONS when something is not clear. Always make sure you understand what we need done.

* Effectively manages time and tasks/projects
* Thrives in fast-paced environment & can manage organizing and completing multiple tasks and projects
* Works well under pressure – has a thick skin and can take constructive criticism
Responsibilities:
* Do any small or large task or project that comes up as needed
* Build, implement, and manage all systems. That includes lead generation, database management, follow-up systems, and back office support systems
* Find and implement solutions to challenges – know when to ask us questions vs spending more time on the problem.
* Oversee, integrate, & execute the marketing calendar tasks, and event management – know what needs to happen when and make sure that gets done. Ex: Coordinate events & promote on social media.

* Proactive, self-starter with a high mental capacity: you are not afraid to search google, or *ask questions* to do it right
* Tech savvy – if you don’t know it, you can learn it and teach us

* Able to work on a deadline and correctly follow specific directions
* Continued training is required. We have tons available plus we want you to be proactive to learn what you need to do your job well and at a high level
* Communicative. Not afraid to ask questions, or for help
Skills:
Strong written English required – write and do not sound like a computer / chatAI.
Familiarity with most apps below:
* G-suite and Calendly with zoom integrations (or similar)
* Eventbrite (or similar) & Mailchimp (or similar)
* Social & DM on: Facebook / Workplace, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube
* General CRM – they are all different yet similar
* Workflow & Communications apps like Trello, Slack, Asana,
* Canva
* Basic video editing
* Must have a reliable computer and strong and reliable wifi
Salary: Starting $640/mo, full-time (40hrs/wk: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm MDT US). Raises and bonuses will be based on performance.
