About the Job:
We’re are seeking a dedicated and experiences administrative Assistant & Operations Coordinator to join our team and partner closely with the management team. This role will help with scheduling, client relationship management, data entry, and admin related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule meetings with prospective clients and send follow up emails
Help with administrative tasks like invoicing, data entry, organizing Google Drive content
Initial intake for sales (calls and/or email to learn more about leads)
Web scraping and Data research for website and marketing content
Other additional responsibilities as we build trust – looking for someone with a growth mindset
Qualifications:
Very Good to Excellent English communication skills. American accent a huge plus.
Good at understanding processes in client management, sales, and marketing.
No required years of experience, but the more the better
Knowledge of Trello, ActiveCampaign, Meta Ads would be a plus
Must know how to write effective and professional emails and know how to use spreadsheets
Must be responsible, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be punctual with meeting times and email correspondence.
