We are led by a dynamic French CEO and are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our growing business.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and ensure the smooth operation of our training programs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a bilingual environment. This role requires proficiency in administrative tasks, document management, and the use of Google Workspace, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

– Organize and maintain digital files
– Edit PDFs and other documents as needed
– Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) to manage and create documents
– Use for internal communications on tasks
– Assist in the preparation and editing of training materials
– Send emails and communications to customers on behalf of the CEO
– Manage and update customer information and records
– Use translation apps to assist with communication and document translation (French to English and vice versa)
– Learn and implement our processes to ensure efficient workflow
– Provide general administrative support to the CEO and other team members

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
– Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
– Experience with editing PDFs and other document formats
– Familiarity with translation apps and bilingual communication (French and English)
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to learn new processes and adapt quickly
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
