Job Description

Are you great at executing a wide range of tasks?

We are looking for one detail-oriented person to join our team. The role involves completing a wide range of admin based tasks. You must be flexible and open minded in the work you will be doing.

You will be given everything needed to learn and apply that knowledge in this job – no prior experience required. You will be paid during your training.

Your targets and tasks will be clearly laid out. Excellent performance will result in bonuses and a higher rate of pay.

You will be expected to use a time recording software during your working day, and to write a report of the work completed at the end of each day.

The role is part time – roughly 20 hours per week. A big perk of this job is flexible working hours, as long as targets are met. There is potential for this to increase to a full time role in the future.

Pay / Compensation:
The rate of pay for this job is roughly PHP 5,000/month (it will depend on actual hours completed and could be more or less). Based on 20 hours a week
You will be paid twice a month, on the 1st and 16th of each month.
We also pay the 13 month pay

Potential for wage increases subject to periodic performance appraisal.

Training will be provided by 1-2-1 zoom training, written guides and videos.

Timeline for applications:
Applications must be made by 6pm on Friday the 3rd of Feb when they will be reviewed
An email for a zoom interview will be promptly sent out to those invited to the next and final stage of the application (The 15 minute zoom interview will be conducted during one of the two time slots: Monday 6th Feb : 8 AM-11PM (Philippines) 6PM – 9 PM (CDT). Tuesday 7th Feb: 8 AM-11PM (Philippines) 6PM – 9 PM (CDT)
Training period will commence on Wednesday 8th February and last for roughly 2 days
A paid trial week will begin on Monday the 6th of February and onboarding will be completed during this week
