Administrative Assistant/Social Media Director

This is a full-time job and we are not looking to hire someone who is going to be working multiple jobs. We need a dedicated, long-term, person who wants to grow with our team. The hours are 4pm – 11pm or 6pm – 1am, EST. OR 4pm/6pm – 12pm/2am with a 1 hour lunch. The days are Tuesday – Saturday. Off on Sunday and Monday. 35 full hours a week.

First of all, HI! I am Julia, I am one of two owners of a Real Estate Photography company based in Western North Carolina, USA. We are a small team with 4 photographers, a videographer, 2 VA’s and 4 editors. We are so excited to grow our team and appreciate you taking the time to read this job posting.

Main Job Duties:

– Social Media Posting \ using our real estate photos to create static carousel posts and video reel creations.
We post 1-2 times a day, depending on the day. We have a schedule you’d follow and a template for posts.
*This part of the job requires some type of video editing software and the appropriate computer to insure videos can be completed in a timely manner/the same day. For instance, I might send an address and ask “Can you please make a reel for this address set to this popular Instagram song?” and you would do that within the work day.

This job is not to gain followers but rather to keep a consistent brand for our clients.

– Content Coordination \ Using 5-7 different systems, you will import all necessary photos, videos, 3D Tours and Floor Plans to our booking and delivery software, Aryeo. Web Apps include ClickUp, Aryeo, Matterport, CubiCasa and Canva.

This part of the job takes roughly 15 – 20 hours a week.

Other Job Duties:

– Work with our Communications Director (also a VA) to insure a smooth process for all clients. This will include doing fixes as they come up and related to the functions above as well as creating other marketing content as needed.
– Communicate daily with owner and team leader, Julia as well as Communications Director, Aiza.
– Be available for the entire 8 hour period each day for other tasks as they come up.
