Exciting Job Opportunity: Social Media Administrative Assistant
We are thrilled to announce that we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Social Media Administrative Assistant. We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, curating content, and providing administrative support.
As a Social Media Administrative Assistant, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including:
Developing and updating social media content across various platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Monitoring and responding to comments and messages on social media platforms.
Conducting social media trend research and informing management of relevant changes.
Researching and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Providing administrative support as needed, including data entry, file organization, and scheduling.
Creating and designing sales and marketing materials using Canva and Photoshop.
Preparing Buyers/Sellers Presentations and CMA reports.
Scheduling appointments with vendors and creating itineraries for selling and listing appointments.
Keeping clients updated throughout the buyer and seller process.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Office 365, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, , and Microsoft Teams.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tiktok.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in social media management or administrative support is preferred.
Prior Real Estate or Estate Planning experience is a plus.
