Motivated and Experienced Administrative Assistant for CEO – End of Year Bonus for Good Performance

Looking for someone reliable and organized to complete various administrative tasks on time with Excellence. This is a part-time position at 20 hours per week for $375.

Excellent English Verbal and Written communication skills are REQUIRED
Experience in Google Docs is REQUIRED
Experience in Microsoft office is REQUIRED
Experience in GMAIL and Google Calendar is REQUIRED
Experience Researching the Internet is REQUIRED
Must be creative and task oriented
Knowledge in social media posting, reels, and communication is a PLUS

You Will Be (Sample Tasks):

*Scheduling meetings for Staff, CEO with clients and each other
*Arranging travel and booking accommodations for CEO
*Managing and updating Calendar for CEO
*Researching based on the project and recording results in Spreadsheets
*Communicated via email with donors and partners
*Managing Inbox for CEO (unsubscribing and prioritizing emails)
*Creating Google forms when needed
*Updating and maintaining databases
*Helping manage company Social Media Page
*Keeping an organized record of tasks
