Client Overview:
*Dominica is an amazing attorney with an energy you will surely love! She’s looking for an equally amazing unicorn to help with administrative tasks, billing, and calendar management.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 9 am-5 pm Mountain Time (US)
*Must take pride in their work
*Must have a strong work ethic
*Must be an excellent writer
*Must have administrative assistance experience, but she is willing to work with you if you are exceptional and don’t have a lot of experience
*Experience in handling billing processes is a plus, but not required
*Experience with calling clients is ‘nice-to-have’, but not required
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Must be super organized with great attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*I need you to have a ‘high give a shit’ factor haha, you’re helping run a law firm. We have a great sense of humor, but we are doing very important work. – Dominica 🙂

Software tools used by the client:
*MS Office Suite
*Clio

Responsibilities/Tasks
Client Communication
*Promptly return calls and manage voicemails (Dominica is open to automatic VM messages)
*Communicate with potential clients to assess if they align with Dominica’s services
*Handle potential client inquiries
*Send client updates
*Send out new client engagement letters

Calendar and Schedule Management
*Manage calendars for Dominica and her associate
*Make sure the right potential clients are scheduling
*Set up calls for the clients, and follow up (set reminders)
*Clear dates for court proceedings with them

Administrative Support
*Manage and organize emails and handle email correspondences
*Oversee and manage monthly billing for Dominica’s clients
*Assist with various projects
