Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant with experience in basic accounting/bookkeeping management. Will be trained to manage eBay and Shopify platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our daily administrative operations while ensuring smooth and efficient management of our online sales channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory monitoring, cost updating, and assisting the accounting team.
Respond to emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in maintaining organized office systems and procedures.

eBay and Shopify Management:
Create and manage eBay and Shopify listings, ensuring accurate product information and competitive pricing.
Monitor and update inventory levels on eBay and Shopify.
Providing support for creating seasonal promotions/marketing campaigns.
Address customer inquiries and issues related to eBay and Shopify sales, must be good in customer service.
Some other tasks to ensure high sales on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Can be teachable on eBay and Shopify platforms.
Excellent in mathematics: ensuring accurate cost updates, repricing, and monthly sales/expense reports.
Excellent in Excel or any other related (knows how to do VLOOKUP)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Easy to adapt and learn new tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
