Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant with proficiency in ClickUp to assist our team and enhance our operational efficiency. This role will primarily support our Director of Operations in optimizing our project management processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our agency.

Responsibilities:
– ClickUp Expertise: Utilize your advanced knowledge of ClickUp to optimize its use within the organization. Train and assist team members in using ClickUp effectively.
– Task Management: Monitor tasks and projects in ClickUp to ensure everyone is on track with their deadlines. Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.
– Client Communication: Assist with easy client communication, such as sending reports and check-ins, in a timely and professional manner.
– Scheduling: Help schedule calls, meetings, and appointments for team members and clients, ensuring smooth coordination.
– Documentation: Maintain organized records and documentation related to projects, tasks, and communications within ClickUp.
– Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Director of Operations, including data entry, filing, and other general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
– Proficiency in ClickUp is essential, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative.
– Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus.
– Familiarity with project management tools and client communication platforms is a bonus.

Working Conditions:
