Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team as a Virtual Assistant. As part of this role, we require excellent English speaking and written skills and a degree-level education.

Alongside providing administrative tasks such as email and database management, the Assistant will need to be highly organised, have an eye for detail, and be proactive. Basic bookkeeping tasks, communicating with external partners, and keeping property records up to date will also be a large element of the your real estate experience, you will be responsible for assisting the Business Development Manager with client and data researching, email communication, and taking up tasks related to real estate management.

You will be required to work within a US (Massachusetts) time zone from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, 9am to 5pm EST and provide your own laptop/desktop. The successful candidate will need to be IT literate, and have a background in real estate. Furthermore, keen accuracy is essential for your success.

Essential Functions:

– Communicate with external partners via written and verbal methods
– Monitor Supervisor’s email
– Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
– Note-taking, data entry and other general administrative tasks
– Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, including property investors, homebuyers, and sellers, by utilising online databases, social media, and other sources
– Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information, client preferences, and interaction history
– Evaluate leads to determine their suitability and interest in the company’s real estate services, prioritising them based on their potential to become clients.
– Follow up with clients to gauge their interest, answer inquiries, and provide information about available properties or real estate services
– Conduct market research to gather insights into current real estate trends and opportunities that may be of interest to clients.
– Miscellaneous tasks to support your manager
