We are seeking 2 innovative and detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to join our startup management team.
Background
Tower Advisory Group LLC (T.A.G.) is a start-up management subsidiary for, Sero Flore LLC (SF), that utilizes the latest management automation tools and innovative techniques to provide top-notch management services to its subsidiaries under a parent company (SF) in the state of Texas. Our goal is to help our clients achieve their business objectives by providing expert management, strategic planning, and operational support.
Job Description
This position requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic . The ideal candidate is a quick learner, capable of multitasking, and able to manage various projects while meeting deadlines.
Soft Skills Requirement
Strong typing skills
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment.
Basic Skills Requirement
Perform data entry, proofreading, and editing tasks to ensure the accuracy of information.
Create eye-catching graphics using Canva and Photoshop to enhance online content.
Manage projects using Trello to keep projects on track and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct web research to gather relevant information for various projects.
Update websites regularly to keep them current and user-friendly.
Type and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Handle emails and provide excellent customer support via email, ticket handling, and chat.
Manage social media platforms to increase online presence.
Enter data to websites accurately and efficiently.
Convert files from PDF to Word and Word to PDF.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments as needed.
Required Technical Skills and Experience
2+ years of experience in administrative support roles
As effective communication with team members and clients is critical for success in this role, strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
2+ years in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
1+ years in Google Workspace and platforms
1+ years in marketing platforms, Canva and PlaceIt
Desired Technical Skills and Experience
In addition to the existing job requirements, the ideal candidate should also have experience using Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) platforms and Chat GPT for customer support and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
Utilize AI platforms to improve the efficiency and accuracy of administrative tasks.
Leverage Chat GPT for customer support, providing personalized and quick responses to inquiries and concerns.
Use AI tools for data analysis, such as natural language processing and sentiment analysis, to gather insights and improve decision-making.
Requirements:
Experience using AI platforms and Chat GPT for administrative tasks and customer support.
Familiarity with natural language processing and sentiment analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
A passion for using technology to streamline administrative processes and improve the customer experience.

Work Schedule
We do not set mandatory hours for daily work operations, and you will work with us on projects and be given daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to complete. We will have weekly team video conferences and other training, and we will communicate with you via Trello, email, phone, and video to ensure everyone understands the project intent and the task to get the project completed.

Will you work on an hourly basis?
We understand that productivity isn’t always tied to hours worked. That’s why we don’t require our team members to work on an hourly basis. Instead, we focus on projects, training events, and meetings to evaluate performance. We value work ethic and the overall work completed, rather than simply the number of hours worked.
What leaves are you entitled to and when will you qualify for them?
We believe in taking care of our team members, which is why we offer 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period. In addition, we honor most Filipino holidays, so you can take time off to celebrate with loved ones.
Salary:
400 USD 21872.60 PESO
600 USD 32808.90 PESO
