TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Canva, Asana, loom) and office management software.
Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

THE JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a highly organized and creative individual to fill the dual role of Administrative Assistant and Social Media Creator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, as well as creating content for our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Social Media Duties:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Monitor and respond to social media interactions.
Create marketing content for paid ads
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Help create a strong brand

OUR COMPANIES PAY AND BENEFITS

Pay rate: $5-$8 per hour
You will get paid fortnightly via Upwork/Transferwise/Paypal.
Paid leave would be an option should the position grow to be full time.
We offer an end of year bonus linked to the performance of the business.
