Job Description

KDG Management is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Administrative Associate with a strong background in customer service to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, team, or office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
2. Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members.
3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Handle incoming calls (as necessary), emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
6. Conduct data entry and maintain records, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
7. Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and special projects.
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow.
9. Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require.

Qualifications: 
1. Willing to work US hours (PST).
2. 2+ years of experience in virtual administration or administrative support roles.
3. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, and virtual communication platforms.
4. Strong communication skills for effective virtual collaboration.
5. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
6. Demonstrated ability to solve challenges, find creative solutions, and adapt.
8. Proficient in problem-solving, creativity, and adaptability.
Understanding data security, privacy, and confidentiality in sensitive information handling.
9. Demonstrate exceptional customer service, building rapport, and addressing client needs.
10. Work independently, manage workload, and stay productive remotely.
11. Adaptability to changing priorities, tasks, and client preferences while maintaining high-quality work.
