Working Hours:
07:30 AM – 05:00 PM, Monday – Friday Central Time.
Responsibilities:
As an Online Remote Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our executives and supporting various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Collaborating with the executive team to prepare reports for customers.
Compiling and maintaining customer lists to enhance our outreach efforts.
Conducting daily research on current competitors to keep us informed and ahead in the market.
Assisting in the improvement of our website using Squarespace to create a more engaging user experience.
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for our outsource team.
Attending Operations Zoom meetings to actively participate in discussions and stay updated.
Assisting the administration in tracking bills for invoicing purposes.
Providing insights and suggestions to management on ways to enhance media exposure.
Skills:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
Proven experience in an office assistant or relevant administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office, as well as knowledge of OneDrive and Google Applications.
Familiarity with office equipment and technology.
Capability to consistently attend Zoom video meetings for collaboration and learning with the team.
Strong understanding of office management procedures and organizational skills.
Analytical abilities and aptitude for problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in utilizing the following programs: Squarespace, Telegram App, Gmail and its applications, Adobe Photoshop, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
