Our real estate office is looking for a part time Administrative, Clerical Virtual Assistant. Starting now at 10-15 hours a week and then moving into full time – 40 hours a week in the future. As an employee you will help organize and update files, data entry, conduct research and assist in creating & posting listings on our website and various social media platforms. We also need you to be very detail-oriented and good at time management. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and very organized. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in residential real estate is beneficial but not necessary. This is a great opportunity for you to gain experience in the real estate industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Set daily tasks for self and employer
– Daily report
– Organize correspondence for leads and follow up
– Research properties and agencies
– Enter data into appropriate fields; databases, records, and files
– Organize Excel spreadsheets
– Post active property listings from our database on our social media accounts
– Manage social media accounts and replies, create posts, affiliate marketing
Requirements and Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, accounting, finance or relevant field preferred
– 2+ years of virtual assistant experience
– Excellent communication and research skills
– Accurate and precise attention to detail
– Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions
– Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
– Self-directed and able to work without supervision
– Manage Social Media, knowledge of Affiliate Marketing a plus
Software
– Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
– Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, Dropbox and other technology tools
