American Company Looking for Administrative Marketing & Sales Assistants

We are looking for experienced Administrative Marketing & Sales Assistants to join our Philippine team.

The company has been in business for over 20 years and is looking for long-term stable workers to help in our team.

You will have 2 tasks:
You will be using video and content tools to create and edit videos and images using the tools we provide.
You will be working through live web chat and through telephone calls with our clients. So excellent verbal and written English skills are a must.

Requirements:
Reliable high speed Internet service.
Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with good grammar.
Experience in telemarketing sales calls. Previous call center experience is a major plus.
Ability to work during Pacific Time (our office is based in California in the USA)
Quiet work space is a must.
Must have strong work ethic and be willing to do a high volume of chats and phone calls.
Must have some knowledge of digital marketing.

If you have worked with video and image editing tools in the past, that’s a definitely plus.

We are looking for exceptional people that have extremely good English speaking skills. As the majority of what will be done on a day-in basis is talking on the phone and chat, we need people that feel at home in the English language and understand the nuances of the language.

Previous experience in the marketing field is required. You will be working with digital marketers and knowing the terminology will be helpful.

Your English needs to be perfect in order for us to consider you. Please do not apply unless you are VERY confident in your English speaking skills and have experience in Telemarketing.

We offer great pay and performance-based bonuses given both daily and weekly.

This position is open for immediate hire. We need dependable employees who consistently work hard. The most important thing for us is that you are performing well by working with our chat and phone leads and transferring them to our USA based agents.
