Job Description:
As an Administrative Operational Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry.
Communication: Assist with written and verbal communication in German and English, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage documents and reports in both languages.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Project Assistance: Support various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and assisting with project management tasks.

Audio and Video Editing: Experience in cutting and editing audio and video content is a big plus, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our multimedia communications.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
Experience: Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
