We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy business owner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling: Manage the business owner’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the business owner, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Research: Conduct research on various topics as assigned, gather relevant information, and prepare summaries or reports.
Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate records and data in spreadsheets or databases.
Document Preparation: Assist in drafting and formatting documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between the business owner and clients, vendors, and other team members, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Organization: Organize and maintain files, records, and other documents in both physical and digital formats.
Task Management: Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Ad Hoc Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including answering phone calls, ordering supplies, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
