Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Administrative/Personal assistant with knowledge of accounting to work closely with our client. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including personal email management, supporting various businesses, and the potential to assist in onboarding new merchants for our cryptocurrency solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize the CEO’s personal and business emails.
Assist with scheduling and coordination of personal appointments and tasks.
Handle ad-hoc personal administrative duties to enhance efficiency in personal affairs.
Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Handle a variety of tasks related to CEO’s working life and communication, assisting the CEO with multiple business and personal tasks.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Collaborate with different business teams across Wayne Orkin’s various companies.
Assist in a range of administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and document management.
Help ensure the smooth operation of business activities across different companies.
Provide assistance in onboarding new merchants who express interest in our cryptocurrency solution.
Work with relevant teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for merchants.
Handle daily booking and accounting tasks.
Reconcile financial statements, process invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial reports and statements.
Assist with payroll processing to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Monitor expenses, review financial data for accuracy, and maintain financial records.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of bookkeeping.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and adaptable approach to tasks.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in time management and task prioritization
Fast typing skills and proficiency with digital communication tools
Previous experience in personal or administrative assistance is a plus.
Strong Excel Skills
Knowledge of QuickBooks.
