We are looking for a hardworking Administrative Recruiter! This is a full-time, entry-level position with great potential for advancement to the right contractor(s).
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm US EST, 40 hours a week.
Pay Rate: 3.125 USD/Hr (500 USD/Month)
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be self-motivated and self-disciplined. We expect hard workers who can demonstrate expertise while serving as a trusted advisor to their manager. You’ll also need to demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism as well as being detail-oriented, organized, technology savvy, an effective communicator, results-oriented, and resourceful.
Responsibilities:
-Calling leads and existing book of business
-Appointment setting based on leads
-Follow through with unclosed deals and client support.
-Business tracking in Excel, keeping track of new business written, issued and placed.
-Robust calendar and email management throughout the day.
-Assisting with recruiting needs (advertisements, follow up, scheduling, etc.)
-Problem-solving and making last-minute adjustments to schedule based on executive needs.
-Help new recruits with getting them through their licensing course by following-up and pushing them to schedule their state exam.
-Assisting with getting newly licensed agents plugged into the systems and trained.
-Successfully managing a schedule and executives schedule.
-Managing competing priorities.
-Creating documents and training material as required.
-Being a positive cheerleader, taking initiative and being proactive!
Qualifications & Requirements:
-At least 2 years of cold-calling, appointment setting, sales or relevant experience
-At least 1 year of experience in a VA or Administrative role
-At least 1 year of experience working full-time in a virtual role
-Available for at least 40 hours/week to support our team.
-Must be available to work US EST hours
-Fast & reliable computer and internet
-Must be organized and able to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
-Proactive communicator.
-Experience with high-volume email and calendar management including email shadowing.
-Strong experience with technology such as: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Ninja Dialer (& other CRM/VOIP tools), and Project Management Tools (ex: , Trello, Asana, Clickup)
-Must be fluent in English (both verbal and written communication)
