The Great History Challenge is a history competition for middle school (grades 6-8) students. We work with teachers across the US to help them give their students the opportunity to shine. We believe that by creating fun educational experiences, we can help students to love learning!

We are looking to hire someone to provide administrative support to various departments in our small but growing organization.
But we don’t want just anyone…
We are looking for the administrative heartbeat of our organization, our behind-the-scenes MVP. We want someone that doesn’t just help with some administrative tasks but someone that is an integral part of the team.

ABOUT THE JOB
This is a full-time remote position. Because we are a small team, you’ll wear many hats. Here are some of the things that you will be doing:
• Manage automated cold email campaigns (Woodpecker)
• Manage automated marketing email campaigns (Brevo)
• Enter leads into our CRM and assign follow up actions to the sales team (OnePageCRM)
• Assign and complete tasks in our Project Manager (ClickUp)
• Manage email and calendar for our sales team (G-Suite)
• Document and improve company procedures (Notion)
• Reply to customer emails (FreshDesk)
• (Eventually) build and lead an administrative team
Don’t worry if you don’t know how to do these things right now – we don’t expect you to be an expert. We are a team of former teachers, and we are happy to teach you what you need to know. All we expect is that you are willing to learn!
