Looking for an exciting opportunity in the Real Estate industry? Our company in South Carolina is searching for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and effective leadership qualities to join our team.
Our team is looking for an Administrative Specialist to help our company’s lead manager with various activities.
Your priority will be to give administrative and operational support.
You must be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to operate independently to be successful in this role.
You will anticipate demands and outcomes by listening, observing, and acquiring as much business context as feasible.
Finally, you will contribute to our company’s efficiency by offering tailored and timely support to our lead manager and team.
What you’ll be doing:
– You will collaborate with the lead manager; clients, vendors, and/or suppliers; and the entire team.
– Our team works in a fast-paced environment which means you need to stay on top of administrative tasks and vendor communications while monitoring and updating the status of our current projects.
– Knowing which task to prioritize is an important skill for each of our team members.
Tasks may include but not be limited to the following:
– Database Management: Updating and maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
– Customer/Vendor Relations: Communicating with clients, vendors, contractors, and other people we work with through phone calls, text messages, and emails.
– File Organization: Organizing and maintaining digital files and folders for easy access and retrieval. Keeping detailed and up-to-date records.
– Document Preparation: Creating and formatting documents related to buying and selling properties.
– Scheduling and Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating vendor and contractor appointments.
– Other administrative duties may be assigned as needed.
– Tools we use: Slack, Zoom, Podio, Loom, MS Office Suite
Who you are…
– You have above-average English verbal and written communication skills
– You are a self-motivated individual who can work independently and with a team
– You can work from 8:30am to 5:30 pm (Monday-Friday) in the Eastern Time zone
– You take the initiative and tackle problems as they arise.
– You are detail-oriented and prefer to ensure that everything is in order
– You take on obstacles with an optimistic attitude
– You are concerned about others around you and want them to succeed
– You have a history of leaving things better than how you found them
– You are dedicated to producing high-quality work, and to do so, you emphasize quality rest away from work
What skills & experience do you need?
– Worked as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position.
– In-depth knowledge of the whole Microsoft Office suite.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities
– Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities
– Confidentiality and discretion
– A proactive problem-solving attitude combined with good decision-making abilities
– Experience in customer service/relations is a plus but not required
– Real Estate experience is a plus
