Position Overview: We are in search of a meticulous and proactive individual to join the New Zealand Property Buyers team as an Administrative SOP Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of our team job positions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, great English written and verbal skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for enhancing our operational systems.

Responsibilities: On a daily basis, the Administrative SOP Specialist will:

Develop SOPs: Create Standard Operating Procedures for each department within the organisation.
Organise SOPs: Maintain an organised system of SOP documents and files.
Document Processes: Thoroughly outline the steps required to complete each process.
Visual SOPs: Generate visual SOPs, incorporating screenshots and graphics where necessary.
Link Resources: Associate relevant training videos with the corresponding SOPs.
Master SOPs: Compile master SOPs to guide team members on where to commence.
Continuous Improvement: Apply your expertise to enhance existing systems, making them more efficient and effective.

Key Qualifications:

Organisational Proficiency: Proficient in establishing systematic procedures.
Process Integration: Ability to connect processes cohesively across various domains.
Attention to Detail: Diligent in maintaining orderly documentation and file management.
Strong Written Communication: Excellent command of English for articulating SOPs clearly and concisely.
SOP Development Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive SOPs.
Technological Competence: Confidently navigates various technology platforms, including Loom, Google Drive, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
